The first Amendment

I read an article today that implied trumps decline in approval rating as reported by Fox news was criminal conduct. 

Should the accuracy of this article be true, I surmise we are entering into a lower level of deteriorated thought by ...well who else.

News stations like Fox, CNN, Newsmax, et al report opinion as actual factual news. A useless yet profitable use of television airtime.  Agree, disagree with expressed opinion is a normal process.  Normality ceases when an individual in perceived position of power labels disagreements with the authors a criminal behavior. 

A reasonable person can see the ludicrously feeble attempt to frame a first amendment right as such.  Unfortunately, not all are reasonable.  Somewhere in our current state of affairs in our country the ridiculous lies and misstatements of truth influence blind faith.  When compounded by misinformation and predetermined alternate realities, we inch closer to authoritarianism.  

We are a land of free thinking individuals with rights extended to all.  This is not a perfect idea/system, but it lies in the belief that free thought is better than controlled thought. I would rather argue an opinion's merit than be threatened by anti-loyalist behavior from a wannabe demigod.

Give it up Trump fewer citizens-Americans are believing your delusional lies fed by your fragile ego and sense of worth.  In other words go away.

 Promise of a thorough investigation

Following  post shooting event of all the administration goons comments, it is impossible to believe a thorough and un biased investigation will occur.  Per the trump administration officials who have since spoken, the deceased was responsible for his own death.  this is outrageous and arrogant posturing.

This administration is implying....no not implying, in open statements are condemning  protesters and stating that voicing an alternative view is grounds for perceived harm by the Trump administrative goons.

Seriously???? 

It is no secret Trump wants to be a dictator for life. He emulates Putin and Xi Ping.  His desire to grab territories and resources are a thinly veiled attempt to show he is worthy of their fear.  Please note I said fear not respect.

Following Davos economic conference it became clear long time allies of our nation neither fear nor respect Trump.  Trump and his MAGA minions have brought shame and embarrassment to our country.

By fracturing NATO Trump ho believes he is establishing a new world order has paved not a golden dome of security, but a golden brick road for Putin and Xi Ping.

America must open its eyes to this feckless and egotistical behavior postured by a delusional president.

 Why

This is a simple question but when we apply this question to certain events the answer becomes complicated.  So let's apply this question to recent shooting in Minneapolis.  Why must US citizens die for one man's racial bigotry or more importantly perceived enemies.

Fifty-two years ago we as a nation recognized the criminal actions of then President Richard Nixon as he targeted perceived enemies.  We recognized with reluctance persecution of perceived political enemies.  The rial of the Chicago 7 demonstrated abuse of power, yet 52 years later we fail to fully acknowledge similar abuse.

As a nation we should be, but not always appalled .  We are embarrassed on a national and international level.  

Davos was a blow to one man's ego. How many times must we listen to a president blaming others.  How many times must we listen to absurd self appraisal 

Venezuela  was at one time a larger oil producer, however the crude oil is of lower grade and expensive to refine. Have administration actions been worth it to the American people or has it been a disturbing massage of one man's ego.

It is undeniable that leaders have strong personal identities aka egos. Pathological narcissistic actions are not reflective of strong leadership. rather it reflects a perverse masturbation of an insecure demigod seeking praise for incomprehensible delusions.

So back to the original question how many must die to satisfy one man's perversion ?
